Joe & Ann
Mehrten operate the surrounding cattle ranch. On 25 acres of the
ranch they grow pomegranates. They own part of a
company that produces “Perfectly Pomegranate” juice which is offered at
breakfast. Joe was born and raised in the ranch home which is now the
inn. His ancestors settled in California in the mid-1800s.
Both hosts have traveled extensively, having owned and operated Classic
Heritage Tours for several years. Ann lived and traveled overseas
for two years.
